About the Workshop:

The Practical Skills Workshop bridges the gap between the book smarts you’ve already gained with the skills required to teach an entire group fitness class. This practical workshop gives you hands-on training in:

• the art of cueing
• multi-tasking and managing a group
• class design and class flow
• working with musical phrasing
• making corrections and providing feedback
• how to ace an audition

Dig into the toolbox…you’ll feel confident taking the reigns after this 6-hour training to begin reaching your fitness career goals.

Pre-requisite: A current personal training or group exercise certification

Earn 0.6 ACE CECs and 4.5 AFAA CEUs
